today we will prepare "banana bread muffins" Process: Remove banana skin and put them in a bowl and smash them well until u get a smooth paste Add egg to the paste and mix it well Add half cup curd, 3 to 4 spoons of honey add vannila essence. I don't have vanilla essence now so am adding elachi powder. Add one cup wheat flour and half spoon baking powder to the mix. and now mix will.......until u get smooth paste Take this mixture into few small bowls and add badam or apple or any other topping on the mix now bake for 20 mints in oven finally tasty banana bread muffins are ready to serve.
