Vegan Chocolate Muffins | SIMPLE AND HEALTHY RECIPE
VEGAN CHOCOLATE MUFFINS Ingredients Warm water - 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder - ½ cup Maida - 1 ½ cup Caster sugar - 1 cup Baking soda - ¾ tsp Salt - ½ tsp Sunflower oil - ½ cup Vanilla extract - 1 tbsp White vinegar - 2 tsp Method Preheat the oven to 190 C. In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa powder and lukewarm water, making sure that there are no lumps left. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Whisk it well. Then make a well in the centre of these dry ingredients and add the cocoa water mixture, oil and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Add the vinegar and whisk again. Then transfer the batter into cup cake liners and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
